delhi..survived..
walang katapusan.....
I was called to attend a capacity building on international economic integration issues….in
New Delhi India..again to india sighhh…and the bad thing is that it’s a month long, previously to Mumbai for 3 weeks…but whatever la.. good for my career since I just moved to a new portofolio doing international cooperation…shud b useful the knowledge gained.. …I only got to know the venue of my accommodation 2 days before my departure…its Janpath Hotel…being so curious about the accommodation I surfed the net to find some info on the hotel…It says that it’s a 4 star hotel but reviews from tourists that stayed in the hotel said that it doesn’t deserve 4 star, only 1 star…they even put up some photos to prove how bad the hotel condition is…so my imagination is that Janpath hotel is like rumah tumpangan Ah Kiong…well, just accept whatever given to you with no question, hoping for some blessing in disguise…
So I departed and arrived in Indhira Ghandi Int Airport, Delhi local time 1000pm…the organiser informed me earlier that I will be received n transport me the hotel…unfortunately no signage of my name as I walk out the airport… after some calling, somebody came and brought me to the hotel…when I arrived, I almost confirmed myself that it is rumah tumpangan ah kiong by looking at the lobby, reception, lifts and etc… but as I walked to the room, looks nice though… and when I opened the door, WOW! This is a 4 star hotel… big flat screen TV, nice furniture, nice bed and guess what? They even provide electronic weighing machine huhuhuuh…..i just slept that night coz tired of travelling, but the bed was horrible…had some itchiness…had rashes all over and that time I was thinking that im gonna live there for a month! Damn…
So the class started, we had participants from ASEAN mostly..after 2 days of lectures, they sent us off for study tour to Agra & Jaipur….visited Taj Mahal and other prominent monuments… didn’t expect to have a free vacation though hahaha…it was purely a holiday tour for us…this is the blessing in disguise as I mentioned before haha…..hotel in Agra was great, but in Jaipur was an old hotel…looks abit spooky…and the bed also was very itchy… putting myself in a hot tub was the best thing at that time… brushing teeth feels sucks…water is salty…sometimes it taste like having 100 plus in my mouth…when u have a shower, u will feel like u just got your self out from the sea…..so for those who would like to make a soup, u dun have to add salt at all
I had nothing to do in bus during the trip..so I mischievously taking photos of this particular Thailand gentlemen whom we called Maharaja Natawat… he loves to dig his nose… so I took candid photos of him digging his nose, sleeping with mouth wide opened….the plan is that I will email the photos to all after the programme ends hahahah….just for some kind of jokes with no offence…
When we got back to Delhi, other participants from Estonia, Russia, Oman, Ghana, Belarus, Etopia, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan joined us… got some pretty chicaz finally hahhaha…after quiet sometimes, we began to be comfortable with each other and enjoy the remaining time of the programme…. This natawat guy took my picture sleeping during a show as if I didn’t know…he thought he is clever enough but he didn’t know that I have almost 20 pics of him doing funny things…I just kept quite and wait till the right time haha…the only one who knows my agenda was my partner in crime, Pak Carlos from Indonesia….
Everything will come to an end, so does this wonderful event. One of the most interesting event happened in my life…the adventure of eating puree n curry everyday for a month during breakfast which earned me 2 kilos!, salty taste water, itchy bed, n bla bla….the best thing is the knowledge earned and meeting people from the other part of this world and friendship….
oh, not to forget, every 10 meters I walked in the shopping mall, the chicks were hot and spicy that pleasured our eyes with no regrets after a mistake of 28 stops ride on a train… seriously, hot & spicy chicks which hardly found in Malaysia…right Mr. Carlos? You want a Kashmiri too? or maybe Punjab? Malaysian girls are too complicated and headache.. not sure bout Indo girls…so perhaps Kashmiri a good choice…hahahah

You was in india, Amit currently in India... maybe i have to drop by someday...
